The big fat loss snafu: eliminating ALL carbs from the diet

 

Do not make the mistake of thinking low-carb means “no carb.” 

 

After all, fruits and vegetables are carbohydrates, and we certainly do not want you eliminating those from your diet, as they are nutrient-dense, high in fiber, and essential to good health. 

 

The carbohydrates you should eliminate or keep to a minimum are those that have the greatest negative impact on your blood sugar with the least amount of nutritional benefit – grains and starches. 

 

By minimizing grains and starches, you will keep your blood sugar levels stable, minimizing fat storage.
